HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation 

 The CPR unit provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.

Duration: 5 Hours

 Topics covered in this unit of competency include: 

• Respond to an emergency situation, perform 
• CPR procedures 
• Communicate details of the incident 

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is required to be refreshed every 12 months.
